It is with great pride that we announce that Manuela Baggio, Manager of the Commercial Area of our company, is the first woman from the Municipality of Loria to receive the prestigious “Stella al Merito del Lavoro” and to be awarded the title of “Maestra del Lavoro”.
This recognition was awarded to her for her commitment, competence and professional integrity that she has demonstrated throughout her thirty-five-year career.
The ceremony took place on Friday 2 May at the Toniolo Theatre in Mestre, during a regional event celebrating the workers of the Veneto region for their merits of skill, industriousness and moral conduct.
A career of successes and victories
Manuela joined F.lli Canil S.p.A. at the age of 22, and immediately stood out for her dedication and professionalism. In what was then a predominantly male environment, she was able to distinguish herself and, already in her second year of service, took on the role of Quality Manager. In this position, she guided the company towards obtaining ISO9001 certification in 1992, one of the first in the province of Treviso, leaving a deep impression on the organisational culture and contributing decisively to our development.
Leadership and innovation
Over the years, Manuela has held increasingly important roles within the company. From coordinating SQAS certification to leading the Commercial Area, she has always focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Her technological expertise and strategic vision have enabled our company to establish itself as an international benchmark in the chemical transport sector.
